Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of the 88gf platform, including the website accessible at https://88gf.bio and all associated services, games, promotions, and features operated by 88gf ("88gf", "we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses the 88gf platform in any capacity.

By registering an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise using the 88gf platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 88gf platform. 88gf reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility to Use 88gf

To register an account and use the 88gf platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Date of birth verification may be required at any time. Providing false age information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to confirm your legal right to use the 88gf platform from your location.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Each account must be registered and operated by the individual whose identity details were provided during registration.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 88gf or any of its affiliated game studios or technology partners.
• You must have the mental capacity to enter into a binding legal agreement. If you are suffering from a gambling addiction or have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling services, you must not register or use the 88gf platform.

Account Registration and Verification

Players may hold only one registered account on the 88gf platform at any time. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all accounts involved and forfeiture of all balances. To register an account with 88gf, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur on your 88gf account. 88gf will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised activity on your account, you must notify 88gf support immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 88gf platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 88gf does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals made via supported payment methods. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own payment provider, mobile wallet operator, or bank.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 88gf reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits at its sole discretion.
• Deposits are credited to your 88gf account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases of technical delay, deposits may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit is not reflected after 30 minutes, contact 88gf support with your transaction reference.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not belonging to you are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• 88gf does not accept deposits made using credit cards. Supported methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladesh bank transfers only.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes on average during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may extend during high-traffic periods or where verification is outstanding.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and verified as belonging to you. 88gf will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Before your first withdrawal, 88gf may require completion of identity verification (KYC). Ensure your KYC documents are submitted promptly to avoid delays in receiving your funds.
• Any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met. Real-money funds not subject to any active bonus restriction may be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal amount.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

88gf offers various bonuses and promotional offers, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 for new players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, and may also be subject to promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. Players must meet the applicable eligibility criteria (including age verification and single-account requirement) at the time the bonus is credited.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) of at least 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, or the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method. Players who attempt to claim a welcome bonus more than once using multiple accounts or payment methods will have all associated accounts suspended.
• 88gf reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn after it has been credited to your account, any portion of the bonus already wagered will not be reinstated.
• Bonus funds are applied to your account separately from real-money funds. When both are present, real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless the active bonus terms specify otherwise.
• Seasonal and event-specific promotions (such as BPL season offers, Eid promotions, or Pohela Boishakh bonuses) are available for limited periods only. Eligibility, bonus amounts, and wagering requirements for such promotions are detailed in the individual promotion terms page or notification.

Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on the 88gf platform are governed by the rules published by the respective game studios. 88gf hosts games provided by certified studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on the game server, the server record shall be considered authoritative.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed by the platform. 88gf does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except where a game malfunction is confirmed by the relevant game studio.
• In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or platform outage that affects the outcome of a game round, 88gf reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes placed during that round to the players involved.
• The use of any automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any third-party software designed to interact with the 88gf platform without human input is strictly prohibited.
• Players must not exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 88gf platform or in any game. If you identify a bug or vulnerability, you must report it to 88gf support immediately and must not use it to gain a financial advantage. Exploitation of a platform error is grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of any gains.
• For sports betting and cricket betting markets, 88gf reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started where the in-play market was offered due to a data or feed error. Settlements are final once confirmed, but may be reviewed and amended if an obvious error in odds is identified.

Winnings generated through fair gameplay and in compliance with these Terms will be credited to your account balance and may be withdrawn subject to the withdrawal rules set out in Section 3. 88gf does not place limits on legitimate winnings earned through standard gameplay. However, jackpot payouts and other large wins may be paid in instalments at 88gf's discretion, and the player will be notified in advance if this applies.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88gf platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform to transfer funds between parties.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or information in live dealer games, or coordinate betting strategies in a manner that constitutes match-fixing or collusion.
• Registering or maintaining more than one account on the 88gf platform, including the use of a spouse's, family member's, or friend's identity or payment details to create additional accounts.
• Attempting to access, probe, or test the security or technical systems of the 88gf platform without authorisation, including penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or any form of reverse engineering.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any other point of interaction with 88gf, including false age declaration, use of a stolen identity, or falsified payment documents.
• Using the platform while self-excluded or after having been formally suspended or banned by 88gf. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion or platform ban by creating a new account will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

Account Suspension and Termination

88gf reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Where 88gf has reasonable grounds to believe that any provision of these Terms has been breached, including eligibility, prohibited conduct, or payment rules.
• Where ongoing identity verification, KYC, or source-of-funds checks cannot be satisfactorily completed within the timeframe requested by 88gf.
• Where 88gf is required to do so by a competent regulatory, legal, or law enforcement authority.
• Where a player has voluntarily requested account closure. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any unsettled bonus obligations) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within 7 business days.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity, 88gf reserves the right to retain all funds in the account. Players who disagree with an account suspension decision may contact 88gf support to request a formal review. All formal review decisions are final.

Responsible Gaming

88gf is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity, and 88gf actively works to prevent gambling from becoming harmful for any player. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 88gf players free of charge:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time. Limits take effect immediately and may only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may set maximum session time limits to control how long they spend on the platform in any single session. A notification is sent when the session limit is approaching.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 1 week, maximum 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion from the 88gf platform at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusions take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and other intellectual property on the 88gf platform ("88gf Content") is owned by or licensed to 88gf and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 88gf platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any 88gf Content without express prior written permission from 88gf. Unauthorised use of 88gf Content may result in account suspension and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88gf shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the 88gf platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred through legitimate gameplay. Players accept that gambling is a risk activity and that losses are an inherent part of participation.
• Technical interruptions, platform downtime, connection failures, or game malfunctions beyond the reasonable control of 88gf, including those caused by internet service provider issues or mobile network outages in Bangladesh.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if 88gf has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure, unauthorised access to your account by a third party, or your failure to log out of the platform on a shared device.

Privacy and Data Protection

88gf collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the 88gf platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 88gf will never sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is used only for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and the delivery of platform services.

Amendments to These Terms

88gf reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 88gf will notify registered players via the contact details held on their account (including in-platform notification) at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or for platform security reasons.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on the 88gf platform. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the 88gf platform after any updated Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
